First of all, I would like to express my greatest respect and welcome professors, lecturers, dear friends, ladies and gentles to my website.
My name is Chea Wuthy. I study in Royal University of Agriculture of Cambodia and my faculty is agro-industry. This website is created in order to share informations and knowledge that I have learned at the Royal University of Agriculture such as food safety, food microbiology and food processing.
We consume food everyday because it provides a variety of nutrition to support our body but if we eat food without consideration, it can causes bad effects to our body as well. So we need to know what kind of food should we eat, where is it come from and how does it cook in order to avoid from danger or "Foodborne illness".
Because of myself interest in food science and the potential of food in our everyday life, I have chosen faculty of agro-industry at Royal University of Agriculture. Honestly, my knowledge is still under limit that is why I need to study hard by joining short study course and working as a voluntary staff. In 2012, I am working in food processing laboratory in the faculty of agro-industry. Due to my hard workig, dean of the faculty of agro-industry has assigned my to participate in 5th International Agriculture Camp in Thailand. At the end of 2012, I also got an opportunity to intern at CBM Corporation CO,.LTD and my responsiblity was to train new staffs about Food Safety and develop HACCP system. After finished my intership in CBM Corporation CO,.LTD, I have won a scholarship to study in Spain for ten months at the University of Girona and my research was about " Developing Food Packaging Material". After coming back from Spain, I have joined a training course in Food Microbiology at Industrial Laboratory Center of Cambodia (ILCC) for 2 months.
Finally, I would like to thank you once again for your visit to my website. I will try all my best to share my knowledge related with food and I also welcome for all your feedbacks, and news ideas.
